Gaursons,
a leading realty firm will plan to invest RS 5000 crore to develop a green
township over the 300 acres of greenery landscapes, which have purchased from
Jaypee group on the Yamuna expressway in Greater Noida. In May month 2013,
Ghaziabad founded, Gaursons had purchased greenery landscapes from Jaypee group
for approximately 1,700 crore. The land allotment is closely positioned in
Jaypee group’s F1 track.
It
is the plan of group to construct nearly 20,000 housing units over the area of
250 acres of greenery landscapes,” Managing director Manoj Gaur said on the new
introduction of township Gaur Yamuna city. It is the best result of the group
to fix the cost of each housing unit ranges from 25-45 lakh depending on the
size. And the elementary fee has been fixed 2,095 per square feet. The Gaursons group
assumed that, “near 5000 crore will invest for this settlement including 1,700
crore land cost. “ It is an accurate assessment for property land.
The
group has bound to work with another real estate firm Saviour builder to
develop the plan. It has been declared
that the construction of the scheme has initiated and the primarily stage of
the scheme would be delivered within 36 months. We have made a keen observation
of technical teamwork with a Korean company for the quick execution of the real
estate project. Besides apartments, this township will have well reputed
schools, hotels, service apartments and commercial areas. It is a good news
about that this builder is currently developing a 240 acres township in Noida
extension in tie up with Saviour builder. It is the estimation of real estate
experts nearly 25000 housing units are developed in this township at a capital
investment of nearly Rs5000 crore.
