Your dream home in Greater Noida is very costly. A
sudden declaration of Greater Noida industrial development authority on 13 February
2013, the increase of 10.21% in the allotment prices across all kinds of land
in the city. This climb in the prices of apartments comes into effect from
April 1 in this year.
This Greater Noida industrial development authority
will take the official decision on this announcement. The officials said that ,”
Allotment prices across all kinds of lands have been rambled by 10.21%. The
residential plots in Phase II will be very cheaper by 27%, said by
Rama Raman, Chairman and CEO, GNIDA.
In the month of previous year, the authority had
increased the prices by 8.53%. This upsurge in the prices happens every year.
From April 1, 2014, since this date the price of new per square rate will come
into the effective , said Harish Verma additional CEO, Greater Noida authority.
The climb in allotment prices is critical considering increase in the land
prices, inflation rates among other factors, Verma said. According to some
sources, there is no instant plan to increase the prices of land in Noida and
along Yamuna expressway, they will be hiked finally.
