Today, Realty Firm Supertech said
that it will go in the Supreme Court to challenge the Allahabad High Court's
order to destroy two forty towers of the housing project in Noida in the next
7-10 days. The Two Towers, Apexand Ceyane have a joint
of 857 luxury flats, of which about 600 luxury apartments were wholesaled. And they
are very essential part of Supertech’s emerald court project.
We are discussing deeply with the
senior lawyers and getting the accurate information. Supertech, a realty firm,
the chairman and managing director R K Arora told to PTI, we will put an
application in the Supreme Court in next seven ten days. He added that, the construction
of two towers was authorized and approved plan. We have put a meeting with the
potential home buyers. Nobody needs refund of money. They need only their luxury
flats, he added.
Millions of potential buyers held
protests against the realty firm and the high court order yesterday. During the
land acquisition crisis in Noida Extension in 2011-2012, The Noida Estate
Flat Owners & Members Association is established to coordinate the buyers
together and formulate a future course of action. We will outline the policy in
the next four – five days, whether to file a review plea in the Allahabad High Court or to approach the apex court, “said by the NEFOMA
President Annu Khan.
