Supertech, a real
estate firm said on Friday, “It will give the challenge the Allahabad High Court order for destroying the two forty towers in
Noida housing project before the Supreme Court.” The company declared
that we have already received the order and read it. In the latest declaration
that “We are planning to put the Allahabad High court
order in the Supreme Court”. The
quality construction in the project is as per the official strategy, legal and official,

A division bench
of Justice Suneet Kumar and V K Shukla passed the order of destruction of two
newly built towers over a short period of four months. This housing project is
located at sector 93-A of Noida for possible home buyers. It is the foremost part of the "Supertech
Emerald Court Complex" comprising lodging premises and shopping launches.
The court gave an order that capital must be refunded to all those investors
invested in the two towers with 14% interest compounded yearly.
