Delhi’s Connaught Place has selected as one of the world’s eighth
costliest office place. This commercial district was placed seventh in the preceding
list released by property consultant CBRE in the month December 2013 year. London’s
West End remained the world’s highest priced office market followed by Hong
Kong and Beijing, according to CBRE global research report. Connaught Place is very costly place, if we
make the comparison with Bandra
Kurla complex of Mumbai and Nairman point. They are ranking at 16th
and 32nd in top list of 50 costliest global office markets. And BKC
was ranked 15th in the December list whereas Nairman Point held 32nd
place.
Through by a statement of CBRE South Asia Chairman & MD Anshuman
Magazine, “This slow movement modification in the rankings in the CBD is due to
an improving worldwide market.” However, the demand levels continue stable and
due to lack of innovative supply values endure very high. CBRE tracks habitation
prices for prime office space in 126 markets around the world. Up-to-date report
says that Delhi’s outdated central business district of Connaught place was
listed as the eights most costly office market in the world.”
