Currently,
purchasing a lavish property on Yamuna expressway in Noida has become very
costly. A clear discussion and joint board meeting on Monday, it has been
decided by Noida authority that Noida and areas along with Yamuna expressway increased
land allowance costs across all classes, very low at 7.8% and very highest a sharp
33.33% per square meter. The new prices of properties come into force with instant
effect.
Greater
Noida will see no rapid change as the high authority has reviewed land rates by
over 10% this February, it will be effective from 1 April. It has been observed
that the allotment costs for housing and institutional properties in Noida have
disappeared by 10.5 % and industrial rates by 7.8% and there is no rapid change
in the prices for commercial land.
It is
carefully estimated that the prices of residential properties have increased by
12.7%, on other hand for group housing properties have increased by 33.33% and
for entertaining greens by 13.33%. Allotment costs for institutional and industrial properties were left unmoved.
Leading developers objected the movement, stating the areas will no longer be cheaper
and future bookings will cost more.
