was freshly bought for 90 crore by Shashi kiran Shetty, executive chairman of Allcargo

Many people said that the cost of such extensively highly praised
house to first superstar of bollywood is a poor match in the comparison to the
highly reputation of the bungalow. Very affordable price tag for this type of
bungalow was seemingly due to its small size along with the waving news of the small

located on carter Road, Mumbai, the bungalow still stands as the best
attraction for visitors and tourists and mostly for the fans of the superstar
where Rajesh Khanna spent his few last days. This bungalow is a very lavish property

Owners of the bungalow were his daughters Twinkle and Rinke had the perfect
plans of modernizing this small house into a museum which will have lovely and unforgettable
memories of their father Rajesh Khanna.

dear partner Anita Advani claimed her share in Khann’s property and she said, “The

now under legal action and I will be challenging the public notice that it has
been published in the newspaper today. I have asked properly
for a stake in the property and the case is pending in the court.

the possible buyer was looking for a dream home in the city within the range of
100 crore, while is lastly grabbling Ashirwad. This small house is under the severe
coastal regulation zone and will have a restricted floor space index if the potential
buyer proposes to modernize or stimulate it further.
