A leading real estate firm Puravankara Projects Ltd said on
Wednesday that it has sold nearly 125 residential units in less than 12 hours
on the occasion of Google’s online shopping festival. It is a leading firm in
the real estate sector, it has been observed that nearly 125 homes have booked
within 12 hours, as home buyers took the great advantage of a lot of lucrative
& special offers from both Puravankara and Provident brands," Bangalore-based
Puravankara declared in the recent
statement.
During
three day Google online shopping festival, Puravankara
Projects and its subsidiary Provident Housing are taking the part in this
festival started on Wednesday and have offered nearly 200 residential units
covering over 12-13 residential projects in Chennai, Bangalore and Kochi.
The prices ranges of the luxury apartments have been fixed between Rs 40 lakh and Rs 1.25 crore. Puravankara Projects Ltd
has marked the visible presence in Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bengaluru,
Kochi and overseas in Sri Lanka. Hence,
it has covered 25.52 million square feet of residential projects under
development with extra 79.83 million square feet in the projected development
over the next seven ten years.
