Housing sales are possibly estimated to rise in this year to 1.92 lakhs housing units in India’s top seven cities on the expectations of a major cut in the interest rate and constant prices, said by property consultant JLL India. In the hot markets of seven cities, the housing sale fell up to 1.75 lakh housing units during the 2014 year compared to approximately two lakh units in the previous year. These top seven cities are Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Pune. It has been predicted that housing sales will get very high jump in the 2015 year. This prediction is very relevant and accurate, so this year will be very lucrative for prospective investors.
2015 year will carefully and correctly observe by many realty experts & researchers, home buyers will get a lot of benefits from reduced borrowing rates, improved developer focus on inexpensive homes, largely constant prices and better job opportunities and income prospects, declared by the realty sources.
