One of the most popular & expensive place of India, Connaught Place in New Delhi is also listed in the world top ten places for commercial purposes. It has emerged as the 5th most costly commercial place in the world, according to the recent survey of global survey based on the office rental values at the end of 2014 year. The recent survey said that ranks the locations across Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, Americas, Europe noted that Connaught Place rose in the 5th number position from preceding years in term of the higher demand of office spaces in this area.
London's West End is one of the most expensive office spaces for the third succeeding year. And Hong Kong is also on 2nd number position in the commercial sector. Indian place, Connaught Place has the lease value of INR 412 /sf/mth and has observed a rental value increment of less than 1% over the preceding year. Recently, the transactions of office space have increased by nearly 28%, and net absorption has increased by 18%. We are hopeful that the commercial market will remain at the same level at the end of 2015 year.
