More Realty Space on Metro Corridors in Noida

Noida is going to become a big place for metro connectivity. It gives the enough realty space along with metro corridors in Noida and Greater Noida, UP government has approved a high rise increase in the floor area ratio by 0.5. Far allowed before this was 2.75 and the high rise takes it to 3.25. It means that for a 100 square meter plot, now for a property owner , who had the rights to build up to 275 square meter and now it has increased to 325 square meter.


New far is applicable within a radius of 500 meter radius of existing Delhi metro corridor and upcoming metro line from Noida to Greater Noida.  The state government was very serious for issuing the gazette notification on 27 March for the quick approval for the adjustment in Noida's building parameter. The state government had notified quickly rapid change to build laws by the same day by allowing land use in the residential and commercial segments across Noida and Greater Noida. The CEO of Noida Authority Rama Raman declared the 500 meter zone is aimed at carving out a great combination of residential, commercial and public utilities along metro hallways. We are intensely inspiring mixed land using in the housing and industrial segments and upper flooring area ratio along the metro corridors to improve the economic activity, Raman declared.
