million square feet of commercial space in the financial
year at the end of 31st march, 2014. The real estate company said in
the recent statement, “Three million square feet has leased out and 1.7 million
square feet has been leased out in Gurgaon.” It has been achieved in spite of intense
competition in the commercial leasing spaces and a subdued economic atmosphere,”
it announced.
The lease rentals observed stable
to healthy increases in different micro markets. Importantly, most occupants
are completing nine year lease term in DLF Cyber City,
