Gaursons, a leading developer is mainly
concentrating for rapid developments in every part of the city. This housing
developer is planning to develop the every part of the city. It is an important
factor for property developer that it should have the accurate information for
new launches. It launches new green township Gaur Yamuna City successfully
launched by the Gaursons group. This new project is launched in Greater Noida
along the Yamuna expressway.
Nearly 300 acres land had been acquired by Gaursons
group from Jaypee group on 1,700 crore, whose F1 facing track is exactly
situated in the close proximity to the project site. This housing developer is likely to invest
nearly 5,000 crore for this green township. It delivers nearly 25,000 luxury
homes. The developer said that the development process will be completed in two
phases. In the first phase, it will be completed within 36 months and having
20,000 residential units spreading over 250 acres of the residential project.
Phase II will start after the completion of Phase I. The cost is decided by the
developer that 2,095 per square feet. This real estate firm has signed the
contract in Saviour builders in order to develop this green township. It has
worked with this developer for another project.
